Might be a small milestone to some of y'all killers but it's a huge one for me - I just hit 100 subs on YouTube. Actually, I woke up this morning to 114. I've had a steady increase and decent engagement on shorts out of the gate but I'm noticing that engagement and subs are coming more and more from long form content, which is super exciting. Around 60 subs I had one long form video which just blew up (relative to my channel size haha) and at this point accounts for almost half of my total watch time and is around 3X the views of some of my other "well performing" videos. If you're in tiny channel purgatory or feeling stuck... JUST. KEEP. GOING. You never know when something you create is going to really resonate with your audience. You got this. MAKE GOOD ART.

Hit 100 subscribers on my channel! 😃

Up to 96 subscribers now - still uploading a mix of videos, shorts, and lives - one thing I did with positive results was to use a popular title I was seeing in some other videos - used that for a title in a live and talked a little bit about that subject among other things. This produced way more views 170 to an average of 20 on my other lives just by using a popular title.

Yesterday I posted a video short. I recorded the dollar tree store from inside my car. I then said what I was going in for. This video is already up to 1 thousand views.🙀

I just signed up for Streamyard (free version) and did my first youtube live stream tonight. Nobody tuned in live but I did some promoting after it ended and right now I am up to 7 views and I got some new subscribers. My subscriber count just hit 90 so this is good. I'll take it as a win.
