The Sacrifice: Take Action Every Minute
I took 25 property addresses tonight from 250 foreclosure leads from the county and scrubbed 302+ LLC buyers in total from the parcels nearby. That just the first 25 leads with 200 more addresses to scrub for more buyer leads. I sacrificed a few hours from my day and weekend and made sure that I scrubbed the necessary contacts to find my buyers for these deals. I leave this post here to encourage you to do the same. The Foreclosure Funnel System wont work if you dont build your BUYERS LIST first...If you need help with this process I wil be glad to do a group Google Meets or 1-on-1 to help you execute. This is just Friday into Saturday and now I need to do Sunday into Monday to make it 50 seller leads with 200 more addresses on my mind. Meaning I can possibly have 1,510 more buyers to vet when I am done with this complete list. The auction is set for 66 days away so Im use 6 days to clean this list and vet my buyers. If you are the 9-5er the weekends are your time to get things done. If you have free time during the week even a little 10-15 properties completed to match with buyers is better than 0.
