Hey everyone 👋
I’ve been exploring different areas in the online business/AI space—things like Shopify stores, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and a few other related skills. Right now, I’m at a point where I’m not sure what the smartest move is: Should I focus deeply on just one niche and master it, or continue building a broader skill set across multiple areas? On one hand, I see people saying “niching down” is the key to standing out and getting real results. On the other hand, having multiple skills seems valuable, especially in a fast-moving space like AI and online business. For those of you who’ve been in this space longer: - Did focusing on one niche help you grow faster? - Or did combining multiple skills give you an advantage? - At what point did you decide to specialize (if you did)? Would really appreciate hearing your experiences and any advice you’d give to someone at this stage. Thanks in advance 🙏

Searching for a Co-Founder to Launch an AI Agency
Hey everyone, I've been an entrepreneur for several years now. Over that time, I’ve built and run different types of businesses, including marketing agencies, info product businesses, as well as coaching and consulting activities. Today, I’m looking to fully position myself in the AI services space for businesses. I strongly believe there is a massive opportunity right now, and in the coming years, for agencies that can help companies implement and leverage AI effectively. One of the reasons I joined this group is to keep learning and stay at the cutting edge of AI skills and knowledge. The other reason is to connect with serious people who might want to build something meaningful together. More specifically, I’m looking for a partner based in the US or Canada to build an AI agency targeting the US market. I’m based in France, which could create a great time-zone advantage: while one of us sleeps, the other can keep things moving. It also allows us to potentially serve both English-speaking and French-speaking markets. If this resonates with you, or if you're also exploring building an AI agency, feel free to send me a private message. I’d be happy to connect and see if there’s potential synergy. Looking forward to meeting some of you.

Great idea thx
Most local businesses don’t need more traffic.
Hey everyone 👋 Over the last weeks I’ve been building a local growth engine for Italian businesses (starting with dentists in Liguria). Instead of running ads or generic “marketing”, I’m focusing on: • scraping local competitors• analyzing website conversion gaps• generating personalized improvement reports• designing automation flows for lead capture Goal: build a replicable system that increases appointment requests without increasing ad spend. Right now I’ve:– scraped 20+ dental clinics– analyzed their digital gaps– generated personalized outreach emails– started testing responses This is still early stage, but I want to turn this into a repeatable case study model. Question for the community: Would you scale this niche-first (dentists only)or pivot to higher-ticket niches like medical aesthetics? Open to feedback.
Most local businesses don’t need more traffic.

🚀New Video: Build ANYTHING with Claude Code & n8n (Beginner's Guide)
In this video, I show you how to use Claude Code with n8n to build pretty much anything, from automations to full web apps. I walk through how to connect Claude Code to the n8n MCP server so it understands all the nodes, configurations, and how workflows actually work, and how to give it n8n skills so it can build and modify workflows effectively. Then I show you how to take existing n8n workflows, analyze and optimize them, and turn them into real front-end apps. We go through building the app, pushing it to GitHub, and deploying it on Vercel so you can see the full end-to-end pipeline. This setup makes it way easier than most people think to go from workflow to real product.
