We have reason not to be afraid. Because God's promise is to save us. When we are distressed and afraid, we should look to God instead of making our problems bigger in our minds. Our problems and struggles are real, but God is bigger than anything we can face. God is for us, not against us. But we have to take it upon ourselves to trust in Him and not in ourselves. Each day is a new opportunity to trust in God and look to Him as Lord.
