So beginning Monday, I’m opening a new 7-day experience for us called The Clarity CODES. This is something I’ve been sitting with, practicing, and deepening into privately for a long time before bringing it here. And I’ve simplified it so it can meet you exactly where you are — a gentle doorway back to your own inner voice, your highest clarity, and the deeper wisdom you carry but rarely make space to hear. Each day, I’ll drop a short practice that brings you back into your body, your breath, your intuition, and the part of you that already knows what you need. We begin Monday December 8. The Japan hangover is slowly leaving my body. LOL..I truly have had to listen and be absent on so many arrears of late. Including here. However that time is nearing for me to exist again. Hey Hubbers, forgive my absence. I am in Japan. We are in day 7 and so far it has been magic at the same time a test for my nervous system. I have never seen so many people in one place in some places Tokyo especially. Yesterday we had Disneyland visit and by then my poor body had enough. Luckily there weren't too many rides! I got back to the hotel and did a meditation and breath to give me a good night's rest. Which I had. It got me thinking, when I get back, I am going to create a meditation for travel. Feeling better today, and off to our last leg of the trip. When I land back in Australia I will let you know more about my travels! X
