I do all the inquiry in a dm, then I send them a follow up dm asking if they want their quote sent to text or email. Send that, if they wanted it via text after they respond I send the contract via email. In my quote it gives a Here’s what happens next section where I walk them briefly through the pay the deposit, bridal vision questionnaire, setting up a preview, what to expect from me stuff…

I just have an add a bridal party member for blank price on my packages. Sometimes it’s “I want to add my mom, or 2 bridesmaids want makeup only, 3 want hair and makeup etc.. I give them a 3 month before wedding day kind of date and then when I’m doing follow up I send a reminder to add any additional services and where the bridesmaid’s etc.. can send their deposit (most of my brides don’t pay for their bridesmaids).

I need this too Sister!! I’ve been pro MUA going on 7 years but never done a website😬 I’m getting so booked out and too many inquiries to keep track of and I think having a website will help tons.

I have a package that includes Bridal preview, Bridal/First Look Photos (in Utah most couples do this) and Day of services. It’s my higher priced package but most bride’s where I’m located choose this one.
