I beat myself up so much for messing up and slacking off ! And not being 100% my best ! But one thing I did not do this go round was give up ! No matter how I felt I got back up and STUCK TO THE PLAN!! knowing that i probably could’ve been further along in my journey, looking back to this old picture!! I’m actually okayyy!! I am okayyy!! I may not be where I want to be with my fitness goal ! But one things for sure I’m no where nearrrrrrrr where I use to be !! And I am progressing !! In time I will reach my goal and it’ll all be worth it !! First I just thank god for giving me the strength!! And I want to thank Ari for creating this group because , it literally held me accountable! This has been the BEST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR IM SO HAPPY TO BE APART OF THIS COMMUNITY!‼️🥗💃🏽💃🏽💕🙏🏽 I might be Alright in 2 years 😂😂….. yall im gonna showww offfff ‼️‼️‼️

Hey y’all! We’re a month in and I am so proud of myself, closed all of my rings 6 out of the last 7 days and met my January challenge goals on Peloton (last time I met the challenges I joined on Peloton was August 2023!). I feel good and get up excited to work out during the day, sometimes it’s early and sometimes it’s late, but I look forward to getting it done 💪🏾✅. Share your wins, let’s celebrate each other! 🎉👏🏾🎊❤️

I love these little parfait containers. I used a coconut based yogurt and mixed in some vanilla protein powder. I added fresh strawberries, and granola. So yummy!
