Bio: Retired Jan 2026. Very active up to Oct 2018 when a serious MC accident changed my life. Need to regain and restore lost mobility.

Bio: Just a single mom learning to love & heal myself (mind, body, & spirit) through consistent movement so I can set a good example for my children!

Bio: Retired recently and have always put in the time on health and fitness. Working to fix a few things that got neglected.

Bio: Love gardening, cycling, Pilates, studying Human Design, adventure travel and want to continue to feel fit and flexible as I age.
