GHK-Cu Skin Rash?
Anyone experiencing a skin rash? I took my second dose today and I have a raised rash a few inches from the injection site. Wondering if anyone else experienced this and does it pass or is it a sign to stop? @Tara West os this a side affect?

@Angie Riley Try adding a good quality hyaluronic acid and hydrating toners. That has helped my dry skin immensely. This time of year is tough with the changing weather too.
New Episode! This is a deeper dive into Epitalon and all the amazing things it does!
If you’ve never tried Epitalon, you’re going to want to after listening to this episode!! It is one of my favorite peptides ! https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/west-wellness-longevity/id1754416156?i=1000731804257

I did a cycle. I’m not entirely sure it did anything, but considering my stressful job and current events, I suppose the fact that I’m not getting sick is a decent indicator that I’m doing all of the right things. Typically I’d be getting sick nonstop under this level of stress. Peptides are pretty incredible. I’m doing 2 weeks of zero peptides to give my body a break and it seems so weird. 😂
Secondary benefits of peptides
I’m curious how many of you have discovered random secondary benefits of the peps you are cycling? I have a weird one and I’m not sure which one did it. Most of my skin tags, eczema patches, weird skin growths have disappeared. I had a spot on my cheek that was starting to concern me and planned to get checked at the dermatologist. It had been there for a year and was getting increasingly irritated and rough. As of today, it is completely gone. Skintags I had are gone. Zero eczema flares ups in 5 months. Second, my vision has improved drastically! I never reach for my reading glasses anymore. So weird! Let’s hear your!

@Tara West I’m currently taking Glutathione, KPV, Reta, and VIP. But I did just finish a Glow, Epitalon, and Thymosin-A1 stack. So it’s hard to know. All I know is that I’m shocked at the many changes. I did not expect my skin to change so much, but I guess our skin tends to reflect our inner health.

@Mel Wis My eczema stopped flaring up when I was taking Reta, Glow, and SS-31. That was the first big change, so it’s easier to nail down. I also switched to Korean skincare, but I’m pretty sure it was the Glow blend. I used to get it across my eyelids which was miserable.
Thoughts…
I have a spare tire that no amount of diet or exercise can shake off. I am looking at some peptides that help with that, butttttt I’m also looking into the fat dissolving shots. Pros… Cons… can the dissolving shots not play nice with peptides? Need some guidance

@Priscilla Liles Hi, Priscilla! I personally started at 2mg for several weeks, then did a split dose of 1.5mg twice a week for 2 weeks, then up to 4mg. I like to split dose when titrate up so that I can still function at work. Otherwise I get very tired when I up my dose. It’s certainly not necessary though. Many people start at 1mg. I was switching from Tirz though, so didn’t feel the need to start that low.

@Priscilla Liles My pleasure! I hope it is going smoothly for you.
Peptide Storage to protect peptides from light and moisture!
Several of you have inquired about this type of peptide storage. See the attached picture. These are great for storing in your main kitchen fridge to help prevent light and moisture getting to your peptides. I also like them if I’m traveling in my car, I can throw them in an ice chest and I know that they’re protected. I’ve also attached a link to the place that I personally purchased these from. I have tried other vendors and often times the vials don’t fit correctly. But this particular vendor has always worked beautifully.! https://kingsthingsstore.etsy.com/

I bought these for storing my larger collection and then the small version for whatever I’m cycling currently.
