Hello new to DFine so excited to improve my health and meet new people going through the same issues.

Hi there - just getting connected here - been at d-fine since 2/6 so just about 3 weeks - trying to get all the info and make sure I am not missing anything - added collagen, aloe Vera and alkaline water - not sure how much of it all - been building up aloe Vera to a cup, at least one cup or more alkaline water each day, also taking the milk thistle - cut out sugar almost completely, increasing protein and water intake with goal of 88 ounces but maybe that needs to be higher, exercising 3/4 times a week - what else may I be missing - do I need the app or just being online work ?

Biggest win = moving in the right direction. Many improved numbers on the ShapeScale since last month (your pic is a great reminder). Biggest challenge = maybe finding some balance. Taking the new GI & fiber while hitting collagen, protein, greens… being creative in getting them all in/stability. I have an annual board meeting for work on March 10th & leading up to it is usually pretty chaotic & a little stressful. I am determined to keep this momentum & avoid temptations.

@Joe Carabase as always great point, with turning a give on a temptation into a killer workout… I’ve been super strict because I’ve seen results but this could be the occasional/rare give.
