Happy Friday fam—and hello, May! 🌸 What was your biggest win from the past week? What’s something you’re currently struggling with that you could use help on? Drop it in the comments!
biggest struggle relates to your photo. being ok with knowing that what i'm doing isn't temporary, it's a way of life/my wellness journey and as a result, it's going to take time. i will not see immediate results and that's ok. i need to continue to stack small good choices/decisions - which i know build consistency. sometimes i choose to do a chore or work versus working out because i know i will make an immediate impact/solve a problem/accomplish something.

Biggest win, returning to consistency since we had vacation last week. Biggest challenge - accepting I'm on a journey and to not allow ANTS to affect my return to consistency (questioning or being frustrated with some choices on vacation)...
Its amazing how quickly negative thoughts disappear when you start stacking the right things… coffee w collagen this morning, 30 min peloton Bootcamp, 25 grams protein…

biggest win = increased strength training. a challenge I realized with that, was the need to increase/rotate a healthy carb! and the lack in doing so prompted me to make two bad choices.
