The Power of Shared Thinking
One of the things I’m beginning to appreciate more and more is the power of shared thinking, especially inside communities like this. When people come together and openly share ideas, experiences, and perspectives, something powerful happens—everyone grows faster. No one has to figure everything out alone. Many times, the challenge you are facing today is something someone else in the community has already experienced. By sharing their lessons, mistakes, and successes, they can help others avoid the same struggles and move forward with more confidence. In the same way, your own experience might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. Shared thinking also helps us see opportunities we might not notice on our own. When different people contribute their viewpoints, it creates a space where creativity, problem-solving, and new ideas can grow. Sometimes one simple comment, suggestion, or question can completely change the way someone approaches a problem. Another great benefit is encouragement. Building something, whether it’s a business, a skill, or a personal goal—can sometimes feel overwhelming. But when you are part of a community where people support each other, share their progress, and celebrate wins together, it creates motivation to keep going. I also believe that when people are willing to learn from each other, everyone moves forward together. Instead of competing, we collaborate. Instead of struggling in silence, we ask questions and grow through conversation. For me, being part of communities like this is not only about learning information, but also about connecting with people who are on similar journeys. Every conversation, idea, or piece of advice has the potential to help someone take the next step forward. I’m curious to hear from you: what is one idea, lesson, or mindset shift you’ve gained from this community that has helped you the most? Let’s share and continue learning from each other.

New here and excited to learn! 👋
Hey everyone, I just joined the community and wanted to introduce myself. I’m completely new to real estate note investing, but I’m really interested in learning how this space works and how people are building portfolios with notes. I’m currently trying to understand the basics like: - How people find their first note deals - What beginners should focus on first - Common mistakes to avoid For those who have been doing this for a while, what is one thing you wish you knew when you first started? I’d really appreciate any advice, resources, or lessons you’re willing to share. Looking forward to learning from all of you and being part of the community!

🚀 Be Ready to Be a Change Agent
One key lesson from How Successful People Lead by John C. Maxwell is that successful people don’t wait for change—they create it. Many people stay comfortable and avoid change. But real growth comes when you’re willing to step forward, try new things, and improve what isn’t working. A true change agent:• Takes initiative• Looks for solutions• Is always ready to learn and adapt In the digital world and in business, the people who succeed are the ones who are open to change and ready to lead it. Question: What is one change you know you need to make to move forward? Write it in the comments. Someone here might share advice that can help you. Remember: knowledge is never wasted

That sounds like a great path, Jerry. I like the idea of starting as a broker/matchmaker and then moving into purchasing notes yourself. I’m curious, what are some of the most valuable things you’ve learned so far from the modules? And have you had the chance to apply any of it yet or make your first deal from it? Would be great to hear about your experience so far.

@Jerry Lindsey @Jerry Lindsey That’s great to hear! I’ve actually started making some money from the wonderful courses in the classroom. The training has been really helpful and I’m still learning more as I go. How far along are you now with the modules?
