Here is why AI Agencies often fail ❌
No one lying awake at night thinking: "I really need an AI chatbot built with Voiceflow." What keeps them up is: "We're losing money on customer service costs." This distinction is killing most AI agencies. The hard truth? Nobody buys AI tools. They buy business outcomes: → They don't want a voice agent; they want leads qualified while they sleep → They don't want email automation; they want predictable revenue → They don't want chatbots; they want 24/7 support without hiring staff I've watched countless AI agencies pitch their tools, processes, and technical expertise while prospects stare back blankly. Meanwhile, agencies focusing on outcomes are closing 5-figure deals without resistance. The difference is in the framing: ❌ WEAK: "I'll build you an AI voice agent using Vapi for $5,000." ✅ STRONG: "I'll implement a system that qualifies leads 24/7, reducing your cost per qualified lead by 60%." ❌ WEAK: "I'll manage your email marketing for $3,000/month." ✅ STRONG: "I'll help you generate $30,000/month in additional revenue with email automation." When your offer centers on ROI, your price becomes almost irrelevant: $10,000 investment ÷ $50,000 in new revenue = 5X return In my 2 years consulting, I've never seen a client reject a 5X return. P.S. Stop Selling AI Tools, Start Selling Business Outcomes. Clients don't care about how many hours you'll work or how hard the job is. They care about results. That's why your offer needs to focus on outcomes, not the process or the tools.

My respect for youtubers just went 10x....
I thought making a youtube video would be simple. I was so wrong. after learning how to express my thoughts on LinkedIn…I thought, cool, let’s try YouTube now. should be easy, right? sit. record. upload. done. But no one tells you about the war behind that thumbnail 😅 here’s what I had to figure out… in one week: 1. how to use OBS to record screen and camera together 2. lighting setup so ppl don’t squint looking at me 3. mic that doesn’t pick my lip sounds or my son singing APT 4. scriptwriting... coz rambling doesn’t work on camera 5. editing in capcut so ppl don’t die of boredom mid-demo 6. thumbnail design that makes ppl stop scrolling 7. title that tells exactly why this video matters 8. correct resolution everywhere or YouTube makes it look like 144p 9. upload settings that please the YouTube gods I felt like I was writing, directing, editing, and acting in a Netflix short 😵 and just when i finally uploaded my first ever video... 30 seconds later… boom 💣 “𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.” I froze. what just happened? turns out… I didn’t blur the screen showing fake phone numbers, emails, addresses (all AI-generated btw). YouTube didn’t care if it was fake. Policy is policy. so I took a deep breath, opened capcut again, blurred everything manually and finally re-uploaded. so here it is… my very first YouTube video. (link is in the comment) It’s a live demo of a voice agent I built for real estate agents, a virtual team member that can qualify leads, update CRM and help agents get more listings… without hiring extra staff. "𝗻𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝘇𝘇𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲-𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗢𝗜" If you’re curious about how AI is solving real-world problems, give it a watch and drop a comment with your thoughts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSIHh0vqaWM
