I'm glad I stumbled on this community via FB. I'm a new Gator and Subto member. I finished studying Gators 1.0 - 3.0 and am presently working on my Safety badge. I am still figuring out my Avatar. I am closely aligned with the idea of being a Top Tier TC but I think I can probably make more money here and enjoy it just as much. Any thoughts on how you came to know your personal Avatar? Just wanted to share with you all that I had a really great call with a client today about buying a Mobile Home and RV Park. It started out as being a potential Morby/Stack deal but learned that the borrower really didn't need transactional funding. Going through it some more there's the possibility that it could turn into an equity deal for me (fingers crossed). Point being, you don't know what the result will be until you take a chance and just pick up the phone. Again I want to say thank you to @Paul Brown for the efforts he's put into this community and the help I've received.
