I'm feeling grounded but hopeful this week. I know my heart is asking for peace. Screaming for it, actually. I've hit some old triggers showing up in new ways, and it's challenging to actually try to integrate that instead of just running away -- and to protect myself from the toxic environment (work) that is throwing the triggers at me, even unknowingly. I'm shifting my focus this week to starting a new chapter. I just finished a Zoom interview for a new opportunity and I'm letting myself really feel and embrace the new chapter energy.

Hi! It's so nice to meet y'all. I'm Megan, or Megz. I hail from (sometimes) sunny Florida. I'm a wife, a mom of two wonderful kids that won't stop growing up, and a fast food manager. Yes, I actually like working in fast food because I thrive in the chaos, and I still wonder how I got old enough to have a 19 year old son! I'm currently healing a lot of things -- childhood trauma from a narcissist parent, decades of emotional repression and a pathological streak of people pleasing and hyper-independence. I'm also feeling a massive desire to find a community and I'm hoping to be able to do that here.
