A Little Update + Big Gratitude
Hey family 💛 I want to start by saying thank you for your patience — and yes, I owe you an apology for being a little MIA lately. I didn’t disappear because I stopped caring. I disappeared because something I’ve been praying for — something big — came into my life very suddenly, and I needed a moment to be fully present with it. And here’s the good news I’ve been bursting to share… I’m officially stepping into building a retreat space 🏔️ A real, physical place for healing, rest, nervous system reset, and deep work — the kind of space many of you have told me you’ve been craving. This is also opening the door for new group programs and live experiences that I’ve been wanting to create for a long time. Things are moving fast right now — in the best way — and I’m honestly in awe of how quickly everything is manifesting. I’m deeply, deeply grateful. For transparency: December is a bit of a transition month for me. I’ll still be here and posting sporadically, and you are always welcome to reach out. But I’ll be fully back in action in January — with more structure, more support, and more consistency than ever. I’m also preparing to bring on additional support (including a community manager) so this space can be nurtured the way it deserves. Please know this: I love this community. I appreciate every single one of you. Your support, your messages, your presence — none of it goes unnoticed. Thank you for growing with me while I build something bigger than I ever imagined. We’re just getting started ✨
MODULE 2 IS LIVE - Time to Get Unstuck
Hey love, Module 2 of Heal the Cycle is officially up in the Skool app, and this one is for the version of you who feels pulled in two different directions: This is for you if your real life looks like this: • You wake up already tired — not physically, but emotionally, like your body is bracing for the day before it even starts. • You talk yourself into staying at a job, a routine, or a relationship because “at least I know what to expect,” even though it drains you. • You overthink every decision because the unfamiliar makes your chest tighten, even if it’s something you want. • You feel guilty resting, guilty slowing down, guilty choosing yourself — even when you're exhausted. • You keep doing the same things you swore you’d stop doing… and you don’t understand why. • You get flashes of the life you want — the calm mornings, the soft body, the regulated emotions, the boundaries, the freedom — but something inside you always pulls you back. • You’re tired of saying “I’m fine” when you're actually overwhelmed, burnt out, and surviving on caffeine and coping mechanisms. Because deep down… you want more. More peace. More alignment. More space to breathe. A life that doesn’t feel like you're constantly negotiating with yourself. A life where your mind and body are on the same team. A life where you stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable. And that’s exactly what this module helps you step into. Module 2 shows you why you’ve been stuck in patterns you’ve outgrown… even when you’ve been doing the inner work. You’ll finally understand why your body clings to old beliefs, old routines, and old versions of you — and how to shift those patterns so you’re not forcing change, you’re flowing into it. This is where things start to click. This is where you stop fighting yourself. This is where forward movement finally feels safe. Go open Module 2, love. Your nervous system has been waiting for this. 💛
Feel good Friday
“I honor what I need, and I choose what supports me.” Happy Friday, loves. Before you dive into the rest of your day, check in with yourself: What’s one thing you genuinely need right now — not the expectation, not the routine, the real need underneath everything? Maybe it’s rest. Maybe it’s clarity. Maybe it’s a boundary. Maybe it’s joy. Ask yourself honestly: “What would actually support me today?” Then let yourself follow through on it.
Feeling all over the place
Hey everybody, I'm really feeling all over the place. Not really able to focus on anything. I joined this community so I could get back into my spiritual healing and I really can't get a grip. Going through a break up, having to moving, job security right now is slightly up in the air, but I come in and do the best I can. And I'm really trying to figure out what my next moves are with my business. I don't know if I should take a breather or keep it pushing..

Hey Margo 💛 I can feel how much is pulling at you right now, and when life hits from a few different directions like that, it makes total sense that your mind and body feel scattered. That doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong — it just means a lot is moving inside you. If you can, take one slow breath right now… longer exhale than inhale. Just to let your nervous system know, “I’m here.” When you get a moment, try turning inward and getting curious about what part of you is actually feeling the most overwhelmed. Almost like a gentle “5 whys” with yourself: What am I feeling? What part of me is feeling this? What is this part afraid of? What is it trying to protect me from? And what does this part need right now? A lot of times when we feel pulled in every direction, it’s because there are two or more “parts” inside with different needs — one that wants to keep pushing, and another one that’s begging you to pause. That tug-of-war feeling is real. And once you get down to the part that’s speaking the loudest… see if you can give it something small. Not a “should,” not a chore — something that would genuinely make you feel even 2% better. Maybe that’s a nap. Maybe that’s ice cream. Maybe that’s a long shower or stepping outside for fresh air. Maybe that’s music. Honoring those little needs is how you bring yourself back into alignment and out of survival mode. And anytime the anxiety spikes, come back to your body: • longer exhales • rubbing your vagal nerve points • warm shower or bath (your body reads warmth like a hug) • bringing your attention to this exact moment instead of “what ifs” You don’t have to choose between “keep pushing” and “shut down.” You get to choose what helps you feel steady today. We’re right here with you through it. 💛

Wellness Wednesday 11-19
Hey loves, it’s Wellness Wednesday, so let’s slow down and be real with ourselves for a moment. Today we’re looking at something most of us struggle with quietly: self-sabotage, the small ways we block the very things we’re praying for. ✨ Shadow Work Prompt: 1. What’s one thing you say you want — but your actions haven’t been matching? 2. If you sit underneath the behavior, what fear is actually running the show? 3. Who would you become if you stopped letting that fear make your decisions? Affirmation / Future Pacing: “Every day I’m taking actions that align with the life I’m building.” Let it land. Let it guide you today.
