Family... I want to challenge you for a moment. Yesterday we had our live teaching. Several people said they forgot, didn’t see the announcement, or missed the live. Let me be very clear, and hear my heart when I say this: mentorship requires intentionality. Growth requires attention. Development requires discipline. We go live every Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. EST... and yesterday we started at 8:31pm... As your coach, my responsibility is to show up prepared, consistent, and committed to your growth. Your responsibility is to keep up, follow closely, and take ownership of your engagement. This is not a space for excuses, drifting, or passive participation. I’m not here to baby anyone or chase anyone down. I’m here to build people who are serious about becoming more. I believe you are called to be high-capacity, high-functioning, high-achieving leaders. And with that calling, excuses don’t cut it. This community is curated for people who are serious about mentorship, intentional about growth, and who understand the sacred relationship between mentor and mentee. I want you to be the example for every person who enters this space. Step up. Lean in. Engage at a higher level. If you don't pull, then I won't pour! I NEED YOUR PURSUIT AND YOUR PRESSURE!!! There comes a point where growth doesn’t require more revelation… it requires more action. Many of us are not stuck because we lack ideas, calling, gifting, or even faith. We’re stuck because we keep waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect post, the perfect version of ourselves to show up. This challenge is a line in the sand. For the next 30 days, we are choosing momentum over mastery, obedience over outcome, and consistency over comfort. Not to be reckless… but to be free. Free from perfectionism. Free from fear. Free from the paralysis that comes from caring too much about how it will be received. This is about showing up, being visible, and letting growth happen in real time. 🎯 THE POINT OF THE CHALLENGE This is not about: • aesthetics • virality • algorithm hacking • perfect lighting, sound, captions, or editing This IS about: • obedience over outcome • consistency over confidence • momentum over mastery • authenticity over approval We are training the muscle of showing up. ✅ CHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiables) 1️⃣ You MUST Post Every Day • One post minimum. • You can cross-post the same content across platforms. • Or you can post different content to different platforms. • Platforms are up to you: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc. 👉 Miss a day = you broke the streak. You must double up the next day. Stay accountable. 2️⃣ It MUST Be Something You Created • Original content or • A repost/remix with your original voice added (caption, commentary, stitch, reaction, voiceover, takeaway). 🚫 No faceless reposting. 🚫 No dumping quotes without context. If someone could remove your name and it still works the same, it doesn’t count. 3️⃣ It MUST Reflect You This is key. Your post should show at least one of the following: • your thoughts • your faith • your process • your creativity • your struggles • your perspective • your questions • your convictions It does not have to be deep—but it must be honest. 4️⃣ No Perfectionism Allowed

I want to model something for you in real time. Recently, I shared the first round of graphics for my one-man show with you all. They were good. Solid. Clean. Professional. But after sitting with them… and after another conversation with my designer, I realized something: we hadn’t landed on the target yet. So I changed it. We went back. We re-evaluated. We refined. We upgraded. And what we landed on now feels aligned. It feels honest. It feels like me. Edgy. Artistic. Raw…. Dramatic. Here’s the lesson I don’t want you to miss: Just because you put something out doesn’t mean it’s final. Just because it worked doesn’t mean it’s finished. Just because people liked it doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to grow past it. Growth requires permission to pivot. As you evolve, your: - art should evolve - execution should evolve - language should evolve - ministry should evolve - expression should evolve Refinement is not failure. Updating is not insecurity. Changing your mind is not inconsistency. It’s maturity. Don’t lock yourself into an old version of you just because you already hit “publish.” You are allowed to listen again. You are allowed to feel again. You are allowed to say, “This was good… but I see it clearer now.” That’s not going backward. That’s moving closer to accuracy. So if something in your life, brand, message, or work no longer fits who you’re becoming… change it. No apology needed.

Let me offer a perspective shift. Over time, I’ve learned that most people don’t wrestle with cost… they wrestle with Permission! Permission to believe they’re worth the time, the focus, and the investment it takes to grow. Everything I’m building here is built from one core conviction: you are worth investment! That’s why the content is thoughtful. That’s why it’s structured. That’s why it’s not rushed, watered down, or built on excitement only. I’m not creating this to impress people… I’m creating it to develop people. But here’s the truth I can’t carry for you: I can believe in you. I can invest into you. I can build environments, frameworks, and pathways for growth. But at some point, you have to agree with that belief. When you engage this space casually, it will feel light and unimportant. When you engage it intentionally, it becomes destiny. This isn’t about squeezing anyone. It’s about inviting the right posture. I’ve intentionally made this space accessible because I want you to stay long enough to see yourself clearly… not just get inspired and disappear. So if you’re here, be here. Ask questions. Apply what you’re learning. Commit to the process. Let this be the year you stop circling your potential and start investing in it. Because transformation doesn’t respond to price tags. It responds to belief… belief that you are worth the investment. And you are. Let’s build with intention!
