Monday Mentality
Hey squad, So, I’ve been traveling. I’ve been away from my home since March 25th and arrived this morning, May 11, at 3am — a total of 47 days. And the biggest knee-jerk reaction that my mind and body are having is this: - GO GO GO, you’re behind again!! - How could you take so much time away what were you thinking?! - Okay, you’ve got that over there, then this thing, reach out to those people, and then you’ll have to— Full stop. I need you all to recognize that no matter where you’re at on your journey, you’ll always need to find ways to regulate. Perfect relationship? You’ll get triggered and need to regulate. Sleep schedule is solid? You’ll have an off night and need to regulate. Food intake is better than ever? You’ll have a moment of weakness and then need to regulate. So, for me today, I’m not rushing back to the grindstone or the drawing board or getting back to the 5 people who are already contacting me about stuff. This would undo a lot of good that the time away gave me: perspective, slowness, breathing. No. I matter. And so I’m going to stay grounded and rooted for some time and then I will get back to it. Others urgency is not your emergency. Remember that. *and keep it in your own brain’s back pocket for itself sometimes like I have to do with mine today

That is a lot to have on your shoulders and along with traveling and maintaining your own mental health and containing to what you are trying to do for others that is simply amazing
Figure It Out Friday
In my life… I have always figured it out. And so have you. Sure, it might not be what you wanted or what you were expecting, hoping for, believing would happen… but then you figured that next bit out, too. You have quite literally survived 100% of your worst days! How incredible is THAT?! Seriously, think about it: Every bad day Every heart break Every tricky situation Every “failure” And you’re still here. As tenacious, resilient, and capable as ever. So before you think about throwing in the towel… Consider that you have always figured it out. So whatever you are going through right now? Yeah, you’ll figure this out, too!

Tuesday Tinkering... Tyler's Tidying Up!
Hey squad, So, a couple things I'm noticing as we are a month deep into this community... 1. The more I have engaged and shared things with you all, the more that you all have expressed and shared of yourselves - I will definitely be doing this on a daily basis and curating the type of community we are looking to build. 2. I've noticed that, as of now, no one has joined the Premium Membership tier and so I'm doing a little restructuring on my end to see what you all are ACTUALLY interested in - the fitness (or nutrition) stuff hasn't seemed to be a priority for most and so I will be removing the Follow-Along Workouts from my weekly schedule and replacing it with an Office Hour. Many people seem to be expressing themselves needing support and guidance in communication, relationships, career, boundaries, etc. and so I will be prioritizing that aspect of this community while continuing to fill out the exercise library on the side. During this Office Hour (1-hour of LIVE coaching), I will be LIVE on TikTok encouraging people to join the community, but ONLY people in the Premium/VIP Membership will be able to have a dialogue with me and get their questions answered - If there are no questions coming in or no one is around for the office hours of the week, then I will answer questions pre-prompted from this group. The more people that sign up, the more often I can offer this. It is what it is. *This also has the Premium Membership at a discounted rate of $29/month (was $49/month) so I'm hoping it will be more budget-friendly for those in need. 3. I've been building out a Nutrition Workbook that was meant for Premium and VIP, but now it will be a standalone purchase instead of being a part of those communities. I really want to help you all get the most out of this community, and while Fitness & Nutrition are integral to your Mental Health, it is clear that the focus here is primarily Mental Health. 4. Is there anyone you know who you could share this community with? We were ranked #4000 in the self-improvement category on Skool 20 days ago and are now at #1516 - a HUGE jump. And I know that's because of the engagement and consistency of all of us here, so I want to double down on my ask to you all in getting others to join (I do not need to know if you 'don't know anyone' or 'don't have anyone to share this with' - that's not what we do here). IF you have people you can share this with and give them a little "omg, this has helped me so much! I love getting my questions answered. It feels like I have access to REAL answers and guidance." etc.

Going out
So I isolate 24 7 I been getting outside lately and it's been feeling good I didn't even have any anxiety I just been going out just to get fresh air or go to Dr I normally do online appointments is it a crime to be proud of myself I also been working out 30 minutes a day

Thursday (Nutritious) Thoughts
What do you consume? Not just the foods you eat or the things you drink, but the content, the gossip, the energy, the environments? What are you filling your life with? Hope? Despair? Encouragement? Loss? And no, this isn’t black and white thinking. It rarely ever is. Rather, where do you spend the majority of your time consuming things and are they in alignment with where you want to go? Want to spend more time with loved ones? Better spend less time consuming reels on your phone. Want to get to the gym more frequently? Better get to bed earlier on workout days and stay out less with friends. Prioritizing ourselves and letting others know that you love the life you’re building by keeping promises to you will benefit you greatly (and potentially disrupt feathers of those who don’t have the same access to you). So, what are you consuming? And is it taking you in the direction you want to go?

I am a big fan of true crime and motivational videos and sometimes by certain speakers I'll enjoy being outside I find it to be one of my few places to get space and quiet ill watch movies and listen to music spend time with my dog sometimes ill doodle and journal the last thing would be how I could possibly fix the world and its messed-up ways I see the world and I will see things that I wish that I could fix and make people's lives better easier .
