Hi, I am in a process of making a trading ai agent, based on my trading skills and payed indicators on Trading view. I've been trading for several years now. I connected Codex with CC, spent quite some money on subscriptions, been building bot for quite some time now and making a lot of backtesting...result? Very poor, not worth it. More and more, it seems like a waste of time, I'd rather do something meaningful. I don't want to be the negative one, I just need some motivation. However, has anyone made a profitable bot with results, not just ideas? Lewis, I wonder what's your outcome so far? Thank you for support🙏

Can be loaded locally, or onto a VPS and can be staged when you progress from backtesting into Live Real-Time testing before actually going live with real money. Load up strategies from a dashboard, or Claude Code. Trades are executed from MT5, with a visual plugin for TradingView as well. Still very much a work in progress. My focus is on being able to get a system that robustly backtests and walk-forwards any ticker symbol, with any strategy, build an EA (Expert Advisor - MetaTrader MT4 & MT5), and eventually trade autonomously. Its a one-shot prompt to load all system requirements, THEN a separate prompt to load up your strategy, or scrape a YT video, or paste a JSON file. The logic here is to be able to load up strategies quickly and to save Claude credits by not rewriting all the files, for just the RULES.json file (where your strategies live) All criticism, please.
