Scope of work for ads management
Hi, all, I’m told I need to include my scope of work documents when I’m sending proposals to clients. I’m just having a tough time putting this together because my idea in my mind is that the amount of ads and what ads are being made does really depend on the data feedback so it’s very unclear, and very hard to put a detailed scope of work that I’m doing does anyone have templates or can share with me some examples? If you don’t want to for confidential and privacy reasons I totally understand. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Fb ads down, can’t get leads
Hey Guys, I feel like my hands are tied behind my back, my fb ads account got disabled start of July and I’ve contacted meta like 10 times but still hasn’t been resolved and that was my source of inbound leads. Feel very stuck and not sure what’s the next best option to get inbound leads, any suggestions?

@Pauline Mitchell Hey Pauline, thanks for your concern with this. I found a solution. I just gave up with that ad account and decided to create a new ad account , this time under my agency and not personal account, my business account would have a better rep as it has a bunch of accounts on there already. I stumbled into another problem that my payment method was disabled and flagged by meta. So I found this app that basically allows me to make disposable virtual debit cards , think of it like a gift card I can top up. So that’s worked and yeah happy days got leads coming through again

Struggling on what to report to client
Hi team, I have a client that’s asking for like an update literally every two days with a monthly budget of $500 (daily budget of $15). So like it’s hard to even make judgement on key metrics in the space of 24 hours , I can give updates on weekly data but not daily, how do I kindly tell the client this?
