Execution and Discipline Stats - Post Florida Trip w/ Kunal
The trip to Florida to visit and trade with @Kunal Desai really opened my eyes to a lot of the smaller details in trading. I was always so focused on PNL to the point where if I wasn't making huge trades I didn't feel like I was progressing. I feel like the biggest thing I learned from my time with him was trading is all about Risk Management and Discipline. He is always saying that trading is 90% preparation/study time and 10% execution. Still have plenty of room to grow but I feel like it is starting to come together and can feel legitimate growth happening. I have been going in pretty deep with ChatGPT this month, building scoring metrics in key areas that will help me become a consistent profitable trader. I started a challenge for myself on February 6th and have seen and felt tremendous growth since beginning. The picture attached is my scorecard and primary focus of the grading scale for each area of emphasis. Routine for logging and tracking data: 1) Trade the Open - 930 to 11 2) After each trade - I journal my emotional status during the trade 3) If time limit or PT is hit, I drop my order history into ChatGPT 4) Provide summary of my journal (emotions, triggers, reactions, revenge, etc.) into ChatGPT 5) Close my laptop - Mission complete for the day It has really helped my mindset...even in small things like which range of stock price I trade the best, I always thought I traded small / mid-caps the best, but my stats are actually much more favorable on larger caps. Data like that led me to adjust my watchlist and my winning percentage has continued to increase while risk is being reduced significantly.

WULF Trade - 6 Beers in ORB
If you squint juuuuuuust enough, you can see an ORB there. She aint the prettiest thing in the world but was able to start my day off well!! Target was initially the previous day low but i started feeling like i had overstayed my welcome with this Short so I got out a little earlier, didnt want to hold through the pump back up into the Bone Zone - rather lock my profits in and start the day green and get on the board.

Data Tracking
Good morning BOWS!! So @Max St Martin & @Kunal Desai are always talking about ChatGPT so I went on a 5-hour binge last night into ChatGPT to help track my emotional state after each trading day. ChatGPT dropped an excel file format for me that I kind of customized into my own liking. I will have this open every day while I am trading and will fill in the data every day. Really feel that I am currently in Phase 4, which is maintaining consistent discipline behaviors and removing over-stimulation. This will help build a foundation of consistently locking in profits on a routine basis. Just thought I would drop the Excel File for the community. I have always physically written my trade journaling but seeing that it may not be as beneficial as using Chat GPT. Goal is to go 21 consecutive days without breaking a rule. The "Reset Log" is if you break a rule, you have to restart the 21-day challenge and document the Rule that was broken. What do you guys use? Would love to get some feedback on this and some conversation flowing so we can all help each other grow!! Hope everyone is doing their homework this weekend; the market is getting JUUUIIICCYY!!!

Love this bro! We are going to get through phase 4. Chat GPT is very useful -- the other cool thing is that the more info you give -- the more detailed and specialized feedback it gives you over time regarding trading. It's like have a digital trading coach that tracks your data and metrics and helps you plan.
Trades from today - Kunal calling out some HEATAS!!!
Wish everyday was like today! Made 3 trades and hit my profit target by 10:30. MSTR (first snip-it) - crypto stocks were JUUUICY - confirmed the flag from the pre-market that was forming and jumped in immediately. sold half relatively quickly, wasn't sure if we were going to fade a little at market open since the Qs were already gapped up 1%. Scaled out pretty heavy and left a few lotto's, added to my position when the flag confirmed. TSLL (second snip-it) - Qs were running and TSLA had a beautiful ORB form. Jumped in with the Previous Day High as my target, hit my target in the first 5 minutes of the trade. Wish all trades worked like this LOL. These trades are exactly what @Kunal Desai teaches in bootcamp. Confirmation candle, stop below the 9, MAKE SOME CHEDDAS!!!!!

Weekly Trade Review
In the past week, I lost 10k in 3 trading days. The first day, I was up 1k, and then went on tilt after going green to red (which is my number 1 trigger) and lost 3k. The next two days I was still frustrated and trading on TILT, lost 4k and 3k -- I wasn't trading, I was just jamming buttons out of frustration. The past couple of days I am up 4k. Still recovering from my meltdown. Thankfully, my account is green overall.
