Gratitude
Gratitude is a great way to start your day. You can’t be any other emotion and grateful at the same time (you can’t be angry and grateful for example). I actively practice gratitude for a couple of years now, since I learned that gratitude is a precursor to joy. I have so many things to be grateful for! I am grateful to be alive, to be able-bodied, to live in such a beautiful place with abundance of food and water.
