I've been using synthflow for a while now, but i keep seeing more and more tutorials focused on Retell. Any people out there have opinions on which one is ideal for which use case? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each/

From creating Voice AI agents for the past 2 years. I began to realize something. Automation is the vehicle to having a fully operational agent. For example, if you want the agent to send a text message before the call or after the call you would need to send a webhook to the automation to make the action happen. There are so many other “IF This, Then That” situations. This is the reason why knowing how to automate Is so crucial to know when building out agents. By learning automation you are now then able to build SOP’s around creating bots. Which would help speed things up in your hiring process. As well as knowing what to look for when in search of bringing a new team member.
