Ready to have the body I never had
Hi guys, I was a fat kid growing up and while I’m no longer obese, I never really got lower than 22% body fat and most of the time stayed around 25%. I’m a gym rat at heart but when building muscle would sort of balloon up in size like super Mario, but never really would get muscular. Same thing when I lost weight we just shrink, but never really got defined. I was on Tirzepatide and went all the way up to 7.5mg with saw only modest changes (5 lbs) nothing really that drastic so I just switched to retatrutide this last week and I’m hoping that the added receptor will really benefit me. I had surgery a few months ago and just getting back into weight lifting. Not lifting as heavy as I used to out of caution, but can now say at least that I’m lifting three times a week. Looking forward to learning from you guys

@Brent Gilliam thanks Brent! Definitely lifting and eating high protein - I still have cravings though. Like even though I get full sooner the pastry or sweet tooth element didn’t go away
I'm trying Tesa/Ipa. Have you??
I just ordered the Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin peptide stack from EllieMD. Will report here how it goes. Pictured is what it does. Anyone have experience with this stack?

I did Tesa2x/Ipa 1x. I did it for about two months. I didn’t notice that much a difference. Now I already went in with lab values of IGF – one at 193 which is the higher end of normal so maybe that’s why or perhaps I just didn’t have it stacked with a high enough dose of GLP one. It seems like a lot of other people are having success. I had a DEXA scan which showed my visceral fat was 50% so right at average. I’m actually more interested in getting rid of that subcutaneous fat and I don’t know what does that! Any tips in addition to GLP for subcutaneous fat would be greatly appreciated!
