I'm with you @Darren Norris , wondering if I'm missing something obvious since I can see no way to upgrade to Premium. I I've attached the screen shots of going to the classroom, choosing 'premium' and then coming to a screen that shows I'm at the free tier, but then offers no way to upgrade to premium. Maybe this is intentional on @David Marius part, he's removed his Premium tier. That's the most logical explanation since I see comments from 3 months ago asking this same question. Which is his right of course, but it would help if @David Marius would clarify his intentions in this so as to remove confusion.
