Looking for a voice AI specialist
We're building a voice telephony product for medical practices in Switzerland. Think: AI phone assistant that handles appointment scheduling, prescription requests, and call routing in German and Swiss German. We've done the market validation and have a paying client ready to pilot. Now we need someone who's actually built voice AI pipelines in production. What we're looking for: - Experience with real-time voice agent architecture (STT + LLM + TTS pipeline, or speech-to-speech models) - Hands-on with frameworks like LiveKit Agents, Pipecat, or similar - Familiar with Whisper (ideally fine-tuned variants), streaming TTS (Azure Neural, Cartesia, ElevenLabs), and telephony integration (SIP trunks, Twilio, Telnyx) - Bonus: German/Swiss German language experience, healthcare or regulated industry background About us: We're a small Swiss AI consultancy (two founders + freelancers). We work directly with enterprise clients on AI products. This project has a clear scope and budget, but we have a growing pipeline of similar work. If we click, there's more to come. What this is NOT: - Not a full-time position - Not "build us a chatbot" What we need from you: - Your take on the right architecture for a low-latency, German-speaking voice phone assistant - A rough estimate of what it would take to get to a working MVP - Examples of voice AI projects you've shipped If this sounds interesting, DM me or drop a comment. Happy to share more details about the technical requirements and scope.

@Remington Splettstoesser even humans almost choke on it 😆 I used a fine tuned version of Whisper before, which works quite well. This will only be used for setting up appointments etc. So medical terms are not that important but latency is key.

@Remington Splettstoesser thanks a lot for the pointer. I'm also looking at using Gemini 2.5 Flash Audio. My initial tests have shown that it understands Swiss German very well and can even speak it. Do you have experience with using audio-to-audio models? The initial project won't include the booking logic but that is the logical next step.
Video: 5 Ways to Start an Al Agency in 2024
In this video I cover the top 5 strategies to launch your AI agency. I break down these proven methods into actionable steps to help kickstart your AI Automation Agency, drawing from my own personal experience in the AI space and from the success of students in my community. ALL THE RESOURCES MENTIONED ARE BELOW CLICK "SEE MORE" Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qag4LAvWqms ——— Step by Step Launch Strategies 🎯 Reminder of the strategy: 1. Learn the thing 2. Share your progress along the way (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter) 3. Convert interest into free consulting calls 4. Close deals Each of the following lists are the ‘learn the thing’ part of the strategy. However, they are not exhaustive (eg, ‘Learn RelevanceAI’ is a larger task than just watching one video) and further exploration and experimentation beyond each of the suggested resources is required. You will need to actually go deep each step before ticking it off as ‘learned’. ——— AI Automation Specialist 1. Prompt Engineering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jxfk6nH5qk  2. Great video. Thanks a lot
Closed my first Client and I'm 19 from Namibia, Africa
Against all odds, I finally can write in the wins tab! 💪 In a country where essential tools like Stripe, Venmo, and PayPal are just a dream because they aren't available, I pushed through. After 8 months of running a marketing agency with ZERO results (yes, ZERO - only one call booked and a no-show), I didn't give up. I switched gears to run an AAA for another 8 months after discovering Liam's yt, and finally, success came knocking! I landed my first client for $250 AUD, providing an appointment setting system for his marketing agency through LinkedIn. How did I do it? A killer strategy that I created that skyrocketed my LinkedIn connections and followers to 400+ in less than 60 days WITHOUT any content! (I even connected with Liam as well) Thanks Liam!
