Hey guys. I’m currently coaching JV and varsity girls. We’re a school that’s always on the borderline of being either 3A or 4A (with a total of 7 classifications). I am hoping that this community can help me grow as a coach across the board, but I am specifically looking to find new and innovative ways to teach offensive instincts and principles. We have good kids/athletes, but our collective basketball IQ needs some work. I want to simplify the game for my players so that their natural ability can take over. I have good individual players, but we struggle at times to take advantage of each other’s strengths, which leads to us settling for average shots instead of getting great ones. I’m excited to be here!
