Hey guys, been on the grind so I apologies for not being around. Got a question if anyone can help I’d appreciate it. What do you guys usually charge for monthly fee? Like the maintenance fee. If a project set up fee is 25k is 1.5k a monthly maintenance fee fair? I am finding people don’t want a high monthly fee so just curious how anyone has dealt with this. I’m running several vibe-planned coding projects at once. While implementing a feature or working through a long task, AI constantly surfaces new ideas: - Improvements to the feature - Refactors worth doing - Bugs or edge cases I hadn’t considered - Better architectural approaches - Small features that would clearly improve the product Most of them are worth doing, but not now. I either don’t have the time or there are higher-priority tasks already on my plate. A backlog is the obvious answer, but AI generates new ideas faster than I can review them. How do you capture these without losing focus or creating an unmanageable backlog?

Hello! Does anyone have any repos or experience with Claude Code and Shopify? I have a Shopify store, and I also have some clients who would like their stores updated and redesigned. Since I am doing their PPC, I would like to try and give this one a go as well. Does anyone have any helpful resources or materials that they trust? What works for them?
