Did you know you can toggle VIP on and off?
I was sharing about this in our VIP call today, and it was new information to some members! 👀 Which is HUGE… because it gives you wayyyyyy more control over how (and when) you sell VIP. Here are some ways you could use this: - Turn VIP on during a promo period→ Run a focused push (e.g. after a workshop, challenge, or launch)→ Then switch it off so you’re not constantly selling it - Use VIP as a limited-time upgrade→ “VIP is open this week only” hits very differently than “VIP is always available”→ Creates urgency without needing to be pushy - Turn VIP OFF when you hit capacity. If a space opens up, reopen it and let your community know. - Open VIP once a week for 24 hours ⏳→ Let new members know: “VIP opens every [day] for a limited time” This builds a natural rhythm + recurring urgency without extra effort - Use it as a reward or invite-only experience→ Open VIP just for your MOST engaged premium → Or after someone hits a milestone inside your community - Test positioning + pricing without pressure→ Turn it on, test messaging, see what converts→ Turn it off, refine, and re-open stronger IMO, this completely changes how you approach monetisation. You don’t need to have everything “always available.” This allows you to create real urgency and manage your new VIP client flow! I'm actually thinking about turning my VIP OFF soon and taking an enrolment-based approach. I'm going to give it some more thought!

I had been struggling with the idea of how to bring in VIPs in a cohort fashion. Should I open a new community just for them? That one tip solved the problem so cleanly and elegantly. I'd kick myself for missing it, but I'll just praise myself for joining on that VIP call instead. After all, no on person can think of all things. This is why we work in teams. Thank you!

But is it as exclusive as Macklemore? "Ice on the fringe is so damn frosty The people like, "Damn, that's a cold-ass honky" Rolling in hella deep, headed to the mezzanine Dressed in all pink 'cept my gator shoes, those are green" (IYKYK 😮😁)

Thank you to everyone who joined the workshop live! It was SO fun sharing the behind-the-scenes of how this community has grown. I love getting to be transparent about what’s working, what surprised me… and even the things that didn’t work along the way. For anyone who couldn’t make it live, the replay is below 👇 In this workshop I walk through: - The simple launch strategy I used to start the community (& get my first member within a few hours) - The traffic sources that brought the first members (ads I ran, collabs, emails I sent, referrals & more!) - How I created engagement and a real sense of community early on - How Premium and VIP evolved based on member demand - How the community has grown to 735 members and 48 paying members in 8 weeks I also share a few things that surprised me… including things that didn’t work and things that worked way better than expected. If you’re growing a Skool community (or thinking about starting one), this will give you a very real look at what early growth actually looks like. P.S. I’m doing something special for the next 5 people who upgrade to Premium. 🎉 I’ll personally record an in-depth About Page review for you. Your About Page is one of the biggest factors in whether people join your community (and whether you attract the RIGHT kind of members!) In the review, I’ll show you: - What’s working on your page - Where the messaging may be vague or unclear - How to strengthen your positioning so the right members join These will be in-depth Loom reviews with practical suggestions you can implement immediately. Members who have had their page reviewed by me have seen their conversion rate increase! :) There are 5 spots available. As a Premium member, you get: - Everything in FREE, plus… - 4-Step Skool Growth Blueprint - Regular Live Workshops + Replay Vault (in Classroom) write your about page, VSL & more - Unlock all high-converting copy templates (emails, ads, & more) to grow your community

Just working on sorting out a workflow for creating Skool posts that make sense. I tend to try for out-of-the-park homeruns with every post, but that leads to burnout and delays. Working with Gemini on and off this week to help me articulate my workflow, goals, blindspots, and so on. No photo of the workspace to share, but here's my girl dog, snoozing on my lap.
