I’m often amazed by what I learn from other people—not just what they know, but where they learned it. As much as I love Mastering.com, I’ve found real value in exploring other learning resources, too. A few years ago, someone introduced me to One Song. I’d never listened to a podcast before, but this one turned out to be a goldmine for understanding what goes into a production. They break songs down into stems and explore how they were put together, mixing in interesting background stories and plenty of humor. It’s helped me notice details I might otherwise miss and sharpened my listening skills in ways I didn’t expect. What’s your hidden gem or unexpected learning resource? A podcast, book, YouTube channel, or something else entirely? I’d love to hear what’s helped you—and what you’ve learned from it.

Looking for plugin recommendations. As I upgraded to a newer DAW and added 4 new Wave Central plugins including the PAZ Analyzer it has been recommended I seek suggestions for plugins. My systems supposedly doesn't support AVX2 but I have been able to use VST3 plugins. Looking forward to your suggestions.

I've been looking at a plugin called EQ Wise that helps you with learning how to EQ. Anyone have any experience with it? Looks very promising.

I recently upgraded from headphones to monitors, I’ve ran REW and have ARC running but still need to address a few reflections points and corners that collect the lower frequencies. I’m interested in learning from your experience and advice when it comes to buying panels and traps vs. diy projects. It’s my understanding that GIK has the best prices for readymade (please correct me if I’m wrong) which is what I’m leaning towards being that I would rather spend time in the studio than in the workshop (plus my shop skills suck). But I’m interested in your experience either way - what was your biggest take away or lesson learned? What would you do differently?

So I’ve been noticing that there is a different cheat sheet binder by mastering. Com that comes with common problem and solutions that’s didn’t come in my binder where do I go to get this cheat sheet ?
