Joined march 29th not knowing much on what or how to properly use supplements or how important bloodwork was for getting my body into shape which they helped me with. Great advice from the coaches for free!!! And trusting sources for supplements and nutrition has saved me a ton of money. Would be 5 star 🌟 but the group calls at 430 on a Saturday sucks for me to attend. Great community put on by Tristan and the other coaches.
