1. Matt metros 2. Manage My STR 3. Property management 4. Hiring and training field staff and techs is our biggest issue right now. We use indeed for a lot of our work. I’m wondering if our comp is off or if we should implement performance based pay. But keeping field staff long term is a challenge for sure.
