What you believe people think of you isn't true. It's actually what you think of yourself.
Breathe to be calm.
Today's a reminder that surprises happen in life that don't go in your favor. Even if they are solved quickly, the feeling negativity and anxiety of it can still linger. Breathe deeply to calm it down.

Hi my name is Matt and I'm a person trainer and want to learn to use the power of the breathe to help not just my body but more importantly my mind. I want to control my anxiety, my stress and my thoughts when things become too much.
