🚀New Video: Claude Code Skills Are Broken (Beginner to Pro)
I've genuinely never been as productive as I am right now, and it all comes down to Claude skills. In this video, I break down everything you need to know about them, even if you've never heard of the concept or built a single skill before. I'll explain what skills actually are, why you should care about them, and exactly how they work under the hood. I'll even do a full live build of a skill from scratch so you can see the entire process in action. By the end of this video, you'll be a pro at building and using Claude Code skills. Couldn’t agree more. Personal, SMB, midsized, and enterprise. All can exponentially produce.
🚀New Video: Beginner's Guide to Workflow Evaluation in n8n (Stop Guessing!)
As you guys know, last week I participated in the first ever AI Agent Game Show called The Agentic Arena, where Jack Roberts and I had to build AI automations that were evaluated by AI. So I thought it would be a great idea to make a video about how n8n's evaluation feature actually works. In this video, I break down n8n’s evaluation feature and show you why it’s such a powerful tool for your automations. Evaluation gives you objective proof of whether the changes you’re making are actually improving your workflow—or if they might be making things worse. Without evaluation, you’d never really know for sure. I’ll walk through what evaluation is, why it matters, and demonstrate a few real-world examples of how easy it is to use. The best part is you don’t need to write any code to take advantage of it. If you’re building AI automations, evaluation is the missing piece that can take your workflows to the next level. By the end of this video, you’ll see just how simple and powerful it is to start applying evaluation in n8n. All of the Google Sheet templates and Google Doc files that you'll need to test out these evaluation flows are linked in the workflows themselves.

Evals are one of the most important elements of building in n8n for businesses.
Ai4 2025
Heading to Ai4 in Vegas tomorrow. n8n is not at the expo. Anyone see something I shouldn’t miss?
🚀New Video: So You’re Building AI Agents... Now What?
This one’s a little different. At this point, a lot of you have learned how to build AI automations, and now you’re asking the big questions: - How do I use these skills in the real world? - How do I monetize them? In today’s video, I break down the exact thought process I had when I was in your shoes, the different paths you can take, and how to approach it safely without falling for the “get rich quick” hype. I told you guys I was going to start sharing more business-focused content and more of my own journey, and this is a step in that direction. Would love your feedback on this video and what else you’d like to see in this style. If the PDF isn't working for you, make a copy of the document here

🚀New Video: 5 Must-Know Error Handling Techniques for Production n8n Workflows
If you're building automations in n8n and want to confidently push your workflows into production, this video is for you. I break down five essential error handling techniques every builder should master to ensure their automations are reliable, resilient, and production-ready. From setting up smart notifications and strategic retries to using guardrails and fallbacks, these no-code methods will help you create workflows you can actually trust — even when you're not watching. Whether you're automating internal ops or building client systems, these error handling patterns are the foundation for stability at scale.
