The contagion of Black Friday chaos has begun. The mind is a powerful yet often easily swayed tool in holiday chaos to hunt for hours on things we don't need yet suddenly desire. A foundational principle of The Productized Coach is to "Only focus on what is essential". Which is why I suggest a simple approach for B.F: 1. Take a deep breath 2. Write a list of all the gifts/things you need (1 year of protein powder is an easy practical buy right now) 3. Set a timer for 30 minutes. 4. Buy everything knowing you can return it 5. Be present, have an amazing Friday We're about to start our family brunch so I'm logging off for the day. Being present with my wife & kids > stuff. Now, off to enjoy the day while buyers roll in.
