Treatwell Integration (quite popular in the uk)
Any chance to add Treawell in the review integration and pull reviews into the climbo widget?

Emailit
Hello 👋🏾 what do you think about emailit please ? Can it be an alternative for Brevo to use with climbo ? https://appsumo.com/products/emailit/?query=Emailit#pricing

Interesting post! the only issue with this is if someone reply to your emails. I guess emailit is just for sending emails right?
Important Update: Google Review Policy Compliance
Hey Climbers, Over the last few days, there has been a lot of discussion around Google’s review policies, especially around review gating, employee mentions, incentives, QR codes, and how review requests should be handled. We have reviewed the policy carefully, and we want to make sure Climbo continues to help businesses collect genuine customer feedback in the safest and most compliant way possible. Google’s policy is very clear on a few key points: “Contributions to Google Maps should reflect a genuine experience at a place or business.” Google also states that merchants must not: “Discourage or prohibit negative reviews, or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers.” And when soliciting reviews, merchants should not: “Require or pressure users to leave ratings or write reviews while on the premises, nor should they request that specific content be included.” This includes: “Merchants requesting that staff solicit reviews that include specific content, including content that identifies a staff member.” At the same time, Google also clearly says that merchants are allowed to: “Solicit or encourage the posting of content that does represent a genuine experience, without offering incentives to do so or attempting to influence the rating or the contents of the review.” So the goal is not to stop collecting reviews. The goal is to collect reviews in the right way: neutral, genuine, non-selective, and without incentives or pressure. Here is what we are changing. 1. Review Gating: Removing Sentiment-Based Filters We are removing review filtering based on sentiment. This means we will no longer support flows where the customer is first asked to choose a rating, stars, thumbs up/down, smiley face, or any other sentiment indicator, and then receives a different experience based on that response. For example, this type of flow is no longer considered safe: Happy customer → sent to Google Unhappy customer → sent to private feedback form That can be interpreted as selectively soliciting positive reviews and discouraging negative reviews.

GEO Agent - manual articles
Hello, the GEO agent is great and i see some potential. I was wondering if we could have an option to add articles manually instead of relaying on AI generated content only. This could help for those clients that want to add a personal touch to article and can sit nicely along the automatic article generation

@Giacomo Chinellato understood! And thanks for the clarity
🤩 Employee Tracking, GEO Agent, New UI & What’s Next – A.M.A. Recap (23/04/2026)
Hi Climbers! Here’s a quick recap of yesterday’s AMA and what we covered. We started with some clarifications on the GEO Agent. We went deeper into how the system will generate localized, SEO-focused content using real business data and reviews, and how you can position this feature in your offer. This is just the first version, and we’ll keep refining it based on your feedback. We also presented the new Client Mode UI, where all features are now grouped into three main areas: Reputation, Visibility, and Engagement. This is a UI improvement designed to make the platform much clearer and easier to use for local business owners, without changing any existing functionality. A big part of the AMA was dedicated to the employee tracking & leaderboard feature, which is now ready and will be live today in a few hours. With this feature, businesses can add their employees (with name, photo, and aliases) and generate a dedicated review link and QR code for each one. Every link tracks unique visits, allowing the business to see which employee is actively asking for reviews. We’ve also added the ability to assign reviews to employees when their alias is mentioned inside the review text. This means employees are not only motivated to generate visits, but also to build real relationships with customers and encourage them to leave more personal, authentic reviews. On top of that, we’re introducing a public leaderboard (last 7 days, 30 days, all-time) where businesses can rank employees based on performance. This creates a natural incentive system, where employees are encouraged to ask more customers for reviews. The goal is to create a simple but powerful gamification system that businesses can use to reward top performers and increase review generation across the team. Looking ahead, we shared what’s coming next on the Agency Mode side, including improvements like moving clients from free to paid plans more smoothly and introducing sales team management features. Finally, we mentioned some ongoing updates, including work on Apple Business and Google Sheets integration.

Congrats ! I am personally not a big fan of the new UI. It feels less intuitive and the icons sounds a bit amateurish to me but I will give it a try
