Need help with clients/niches
Hello everyone! Can anyone advice some good niches? I know how to build customer support chatbot, lead generation chatbots and appointment setter chatbots for websites. And giveaway bot, lucky draw bot, lead generation bot, lead qualifier bot, engagement booster bot, and some general bots for social media. But I'm struggling to get clients. So anyone can help please? ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

New Coaching Program Is Closed
What a cool week! We got to hang out with Matt Deseno (the owner of Zappy Chat & HL Pro Tools) and Payton Welch. Payton is great at transferring the skill of sales. One thing he taught us today was the 3 rules of sales. I'll let you hear it from him in the video below, it's invaluable. If you can get great at making irresistible offers and then selling that offers, you'll never have to worry about money again. That is what we are doing together in my new coaching program. We help you create a high-ticket SAAS offer, get it out to the market, sell it, and then fulfill it in a leveraged way. I'm bringing experts in each of those areas and giving you all the support you need to get it working. We maxed out this first group, so it's currently closed, but if you'd like to be notified when a spot opens up you can hop on the waiting list here: www.savvywaitlist.com

A Growth Mindset Is More Than Theory
I wanted to share this piece I put together for a coaching client as encouragement for all as it embraces our entrepreneurial journey from my perspective. Maybe you can find something in it to ignite your passion. A growth mindset is not just a theoretical concept but a practical tool that can significantly enhance an entrepreneur's success. It's not about wishful thinking but about adopting a mindset that can be applied in real-life business situations. โ€‹ Here are some tangible ways in which a growth mindset can benefit entrepreneurs: 1. Embracing Challenges: Entrepreneurs with a growth mindset don't just see challenges. They see opportunities for growth and learning. โ€‹ Instead of being discouraged by obstacles, they view them as stepping stones to success. This mindset allows entrepreneurs to approach challenges with resilience and determination, finding creative solutions and pushing through setbacks. 2. Learning and Adaptability: A growth mindset fosters a love for learning and believes skills and abilities can be developed through effort and practice. โ€‹ Entrepreneurs with a growth mindset are constantly seeking new knowledge, acquiring new skills, and staying updated on industry trends. โ€‹ This adaptability enables them to pivot their strategies, embrace change, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving business landscape. โ€‹ 3. Embracing Failure: Failure is not a dead end but a detour on the entrepreneurial journey, and a growth mindset can help entrepreneurs navigate this detour. โ€‹ They understand that failure is not a verdict on their abilities but an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. โ€‹ Entrepreneurs with a growth mindset use failures as stepping stones to future success, bouncing back with renewed determination and using the lessons learned to fuel their journey. This is where a growth mindset truly shines, turning what could be a setback into a valuable learning experience. 4. Embracing Feedback: Entrepreneurs with a growth mindset don't just seek feedback. They actively use it to improve their decision-making. โ€‹ They are open to constructive criticism, value different perspectives, and use feedback to refine their strategies and approaches. This willingness to learn from others and adapt based on feedback enhances their decision-making, a crucial aspect of their business performance. A growth mindset is about personal growth and making better business decisions. 5. Innovation and Creativity: A growth mindset encourages entrepreneurs to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and seek innovative solutions. โ€‹ They are unafraid to take risks and explore new ideas, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible. โ€‹ This mindset fosters a culture of innovation within their businesses, enabling them to stay ahead of the competition and meet evolving customer needs.ย

Thanks Will. Will is one of the most qualified people I know to talk about this kind of stuff. Will used to charge $100k per year to coach executives. He developed some technology, built a tech company and sold it to Oakley. I may have gotten some of those details messed up, so correct me if I'm wrong on anything I just said @Will Gregg. One of the smartest things you can do is follow Will around and soak up everything he says by joining his new skool group here
Want To Learn How To Sell High Ticket SAAS?
Back when I was still 'stuck' trying to figure out how to make money online I would listen and watch everything I could find that I thought would get me closer to my goal of quitting my job. I knew I had to sell something expensive, but I had no idea how to sell. Every sales job I ever had I failed at. I remember selling windows. I didnโ€™t sell one single window in two months. I finally quit and the sales manager seemed happy. ๐Ÿ˜€ I figured I just didnโ€™t have the right personality to do well in sales. I eventually found someone who taught sales in a way that was so intriguing to me. Hearing him talk about it made me believe I could actually do it. All he did was ask great questions, he barely even talked. I didnโ€™t have the money to invest in his $9,800 coaching program, so I had to try and figure out as much as I could through his free stuff. I would listen to every podcast I could find with him where he talked about his sales process. Eventually I got a big enough tax-return to pay half of the $9,800 with the promise to pay the second half 30 days later. The first thing I did was log in and listen to the training on how to do the sales framework. I studied that thing and practiced it in my head over and over again until I felt somewhat comfortable on how to do it. I still remember the first sales call I did using it. I was terrified. I had 3 young (and loud) kids. I went into a back room and asked my wife to keep the kids as quiet as possible. I had the sales framework printed out and kinda worked through each section as I went through the call. I didnโ€™t make the sale, but I left the call feeling very encouraged. I couldnโ€™t believe that I made it through the whole script and the guy I talked to told me all about their business and what they would like to accomplish. I quoted my price of $5,800 at the end of the call and he didnโ€™t freak out. That was around triple what I brought home in a month, so it โ€˜seemedโ€™ like a huge number to ask. Even though I didnโ€™t make that first sale I knew that if I kept at it eventually I would get good enough to land a deal.
