This achievement might as well be the golden play button it feels so amazing! 1,000 people got value from something I said, 1,000 people spent their most treasured commodity, time, to watch my videos and 1,000 people connected with me on some level - how frickin' awesome is that?! I'm now going to celebrate by editing my next video🤣

Since joining this program, I have been solicited at least half dozen times. Did not come here to be solicited. I came because someone put in effort and appealed to me and what I was looking for. Quit being vultures and go do your own work. My rule of thumb is, it isn't a "No" until they say no four times. No. No. No! NO!

I started and completed day 1 of the Creator Breakthrough Series today! So excited to get started on my YouTube Channel.

I have come down to two channel names: Healthy Soil, Healthy Business and Land & Legacy. I did check name availability on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook and I also checked domain availability. Hands down, Healthy Soil Healthy Business came up the winner in this criteria. Which one do you all like. Please state what it is about the name you like. I know which one I am leaning towards but don't know if I should say which one and why. Any and all feedback is appreciated.

My goal for 2025 was to continue to add to my youtube channel. I had previously posted videos made for my ESL students. I teach English as a foreign language. In essence I help people translate their thoughts into spoken English. I started in January intentionally watching good Youtubers giving advice on building a youtube business. I figured I went to college for 4 years to become a teacher I could certainly commit to 4 years of learning Youtube. I am focused on finding my niche. I also am developing products to sell. Each video to me is a way to challenge myself. I am still becoming the person I need to be to teach the knowledge I am called to teach. It is different talking to a camera than to my real students in my video classroom. I'm looking forward to solidifying my niche. I have a method of teaching reading that works at any level. Reading is the best way to engage a ESL student. I teach how English works so you can spell, read, write and pronounce English correctly. I am pivoting to teaching reading to American students who are not able to read above the 4th grade level. Thankfully the analytics on youtube shows my watch time hours are going up. That is simply because my videos are long and I thoughtfully recorded content that showcases who I am. I have had only one comment and maybe 2 likes. (1500 views since January) I do want to engage my audience so I'm looking forward to figuring out another piece of my degree in Youtube content creation. @Alexa Saarenoja Your teaching is clear and easy to follow without overwhelming me. I still have a lot to learn. You have a wonderful group of people. I have enjoyed reading the posts. You can learn a lot from people doing what you are doing.
