Could I get a little help with a new community?
I'm starting up a community with is about getting more energy and looking pretty for the over-40 crowd. I'm following Travis's guidelines for Movement Mojo: --- Take an OUTCOME you KNOW other people WANT... Find out WHAT THEY HATE about "how to get there" and make your movement about a DIFFERENT PATH TO GET THERE... Using one or more of the following OUTCOME MODIFIERS: Who, What, When, Where, Why and/or How --- The outcome: look better and feel better (more energy, less aches and pains) than you ever believed you could over age 40. What they hate: my starting assumption is that they hate... - complicated workouts that take forever and burn up all your free time - confusing diets that make you cut out all the foods you love - filtering the never-ending flood of tips and advice coming from fitness influencers The path: - You won't be running for hours a week. - There's no crazy workouts from the 'gram that make you sweat, but don't make a dent in how you look or feel. ✅ We do simple, effective, and efficient strength workouts, which take less than 45 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Low stress and minimal thinking involved. The "who" is people over 40. This could benefit from more specifics, along with dialing in the rest of the Ws. I know this can be dialed in more, but I'm in a chicken-and-egg situation. My tiny email list is shrugging their shoulders at this, so I'm getting no feedback. Is this just a not-very-interesting movement/mission? Or is the problem more that I need to get it in front of more engaged and interested people? I've realized that I really have no idea of what I am doing here so feel free to take all this apart.

@Bob Leverton Thanks for that Bob. There's three parts to the answer: 1- The food - 3-4 days of my week are fairly strict low-calorie eating that is mostly protein, fat, and veggies with limited carbs. The rest of the week sticks to the same basic skeleton while adding some "whatever" foods (beer, chocolate, etc) in reasonable amounts. The magic is a trick of timing. 2- The training - I spend my workout time on the small handful of high-leverage activities that actually produce the changes I want in my body, hammer those without remorse, and ignore everything else. 3- The mindset or attitude - I've trained myself to do the first two things consistently and by habit. It's all on autopilot. A big part of this category includes special sauce about relaxation, handling stress, and controlling or channeling emotions. (The out-of-the-gym stuff is where most people end up failing.) That's all mechanical what-I-do details, which isn't getting to the "what's in it for them" self-interest angle, but there is a process and plan that delivers results.
🔥$120,000+ from Facebook Profile to Auction Post
100s of Ready-to-Buy-NOW Leads in 24 hours... $120k in sales so far... Started on a FB profile and moved to an auction post on Skool. Watching the bid prices go up and Up and UP is craze balls. EVERY BIDDER telling you HOW MUCH THEY'LL PAY. That's what I call Ready-to-Buy-NOW. If ya know what you're doing... RTBN leads close at 50% to 80% in a DM. Two of our own Flames (and Ronin) were the Auction Heroes on this one. I'm trying to get them on a Zoom for a play-by-play BREAKDOWN! Would you want the recording? 👇

I am headed back to the mental ward
In a few minutes my wife and my mother in law are driving me back over to the psych ward and checking me back in. Hopefully I will be back out by Thanksgiving. Last time I posted here my mind had gotten blown out through the back left side of my head. This time its blown out through the right frontal lobe. What is even crazier is that I am planning a black friday sale on this after I get back out of the nut house - and I still havent done my auction yet which I am thinking about doing the following week. This isnt meant to brag or gloat - its meant to act as inspiration and a testimony to Travis's methods, ideas, systems, good looks and Arkansas charm. This Thanksgiving I am thankful for Travis's mojo, the ideas being shared in this group, and the heavy drugs I will getting at the funny farm in about 30 minutes from now when I get admitted - to help me deal with this craziness. Thank you very much Travis. And this shit is real! (one last note on this is all the Millionaire Math offer - meaning half of these were full price and the other are monthly payments spread out over the next 12 months. Which means with all those monthly payments coming in over the next 12 months there is a lot more goodness to come
