In today's uni lecture, we practiced case taking utilising various questioning techniques, which reminded me of one of our discussions a few weeks back. So I just thought I'd drop one of the best interviewing techniques I've ever learnt, which may come in handy when probing potential clients/diving deeper with current clients: T.E.D.S Tell me..... Explain to me.... Describe to me.... Show me.... It really does help extract more information and encourages them to elaborate.

@Luke Sartor I also really like this statement because it can absolutely frame both expectations, and the scope of what a client want vs what they say (which as we know, can vary massively!)
