Deliverability Question
Hey, question for you guys. I went through the SOP and ran a few campaigns for cold email with some success. In that time, I updated my website and changed the domain forwarding and didn't realize that that would mess up my DNS records. I ran another campaign with the same copy and lead list from Listkit that I was getting a 55%+ open rate on, and was only getting a 10% open rate on the new campaign. I realized now that the DKIM keys deactivated when I did that. I deleted all the DNS records and removed them from Smartlead, and then restarted the SOP and re added them all. I re-ran a similar campaign and still have about a 10-12% open rate. I am worried that the time when the records were messed up burned the deliverability of my domains. I am thinking about just starting fresh with new domains and transferring my Microsoft licenses to them. All that to say, I am not technical enough to know what is best to do to fix it. I don't need to hire out getting everything setup, but I would love to hire out just a little bit of support with this issue and continuing to optimize my campaigns, specifically their deliverability. Is there anyone in this community that could help me out here with some advice?

@Alex Barnwell new inboxes with the same domains? Also, did you need to implement any additional DNS records with the domains that forward to your root domain?

@Alex Barnwell damnn gotcha. I guess forwarding domains after warming up burns the domains. dealt with this same issue
Is Google's Email Update Effecting You?
ListKit team - quick question: I read online Google just implemented a strict spam update. Are you seeing this effect you? Watching my SmartLead deliverability metrics closely today to make sure everything's good. Curious to hear your feedback

LISTKIT UI UPDATE
The filters tab on the lefthand side just got a MAJOR upgrade đź‘€ No more scrolling through all the filters to get to the bottom... You can now expand and collapse each filter to keep your search condense + organized. Much more user friendly + efficient đź‘Š

Inbox provider question
TL;DR. -- Should I use Google Workspaces for a mailbox (inbox) provider? Trying to ramp up my cold email system. Right now I'm using 7 mailboxes on 4 domains. 2 mailboxes are on Outlook and the other 5 are using NameCheap's PrivateEmail. With the new email rules taking effect, should I still use Google Workspace as a mailbox provider? Or will deliverability suffer? Does it matter wether or not I have already purchased the domains (not using Google for domain purchase)? I know Outlook and Gmail are big players and they are more likely to trust mail from their own systems. Any thought on this, or any suggestions for an inexpensive mailbox provider with high deliverability? I am bootstrapping this on a tiny budget, so cost is certainly a factor in my decision making.

I would say yes, use google workspace. The team teaches using Google Workspace in client ascension. As long as you follow all best practices, your deliverability will likely be very strong. I don’t have experience with outlook, but it might be a good option
ListKit is FIRE
10/10 experience so far. been running cold email for about over a year, really got tired of Apollo. The data quality really started to drop off for me. Excited to be diving deeper into this platform and community
