I found him on Fiverr. All I needed was someone to fix a few glitches on our real estate website. But then he noticed we had lots of visitors and almost no bookings. He added an online viewing form, set up automated follow-ups for leads, and even ran a small retargeting ad campaign. Ten months later, our monthly revenue jumped from $50K to $300K. He currently earns $7k/month. Now he’s asking for a raise. And I’m thinking… is he just my IT guy, or the best business partner I never hired? Is he worth it?

I started a solo Real Estate Agency in 2017, I struggled so much I couldn't even feed myself and family. It stayed like that throughout 2017 and 2018. I almost quitted life before an idea popped into my head. Here's what I did, I started connecting with people in the industry and learning the basics and also JV. I started this process in March 2019 and in April, I made $4k in profits alone. I made my first 6 figures in October 2024. I did $300k last month in profits alone. I don't know why I am sharing this, but I need you all to know that Learning should never stop in any aspect of your life. Always learn, connect, be coachable, don't look down on anyone and be accessible. I joined Skool recently, not because I am broke or crazy, it's because I need to learn more to improve myself and get better So the mistake in my life's story is ISOLATION. Just think about it.

I found a really great team that is going to work with me to move these homes. We are meeting tomorrow at 3:15 EST, with the homeowners, basically, I am bowing out; I am not going to make any money, which really hurts me in so many ways. It is not about me, it is about them. This is a very expensive lesson and will cause me lots of problems! I know, know matter what, God always has my back and "Everything will be okay!" Hello everyone, I’ve only been active in this community for the past couple of days, but I already feel the support - thank you all for helping me unlock the courses here!
