Many people silently battle the fear of judgement
The loneliness of starting something new, and the emotional toll of being misunderstood. This is my story. It's a story about discovery of self-worth, self-awareness, resilience, choosing growth over approval, and peace over people-pleasing. I was born in Croatia. I moved to an unknown country I had never been to before, at the age of 25. While being raised in Croatia, having a good comfortable life living with parents, finished school, high school and college. However, I felt very unworthy. Even though I was living a comfortable lifestyle, I still felt me and other people around me, feel not worthy enough. We LET other people the way they treat us, usually we see how other people treat each other. I´ve come to realize how other people treat other people is about THEM. But while we LET other people treat us badly, that is the biggest point. However, when I started from scratch, taking the responsibility in life, working at jobs, never losing courage, patience, never losing self belief, never losing self confidence, unstoppable action taker. When I moved to the unknown country in Scandinavia, I felt more appreciated and valued, rather than living in Croatia. No matter what, I love both countries. No matter how I felt through my personal journey, this is about no one in the world should make you feel less worthy. Reclaiming worth means Overcoming pains. Outgrowing pain means growth. Unconditionally love and Respect Yourself - This is the essence of feeling good enough Do Things You Are Afraid Of - This will improve your self-confidence Do The Things That Will Make You Feel Enough Be Consistent Challenge Yourself - This is the best exercise to improve your self-esteem Don't Punish Yourself- Reward Your Achievements Learn from mistakes without criticism Never think you´re less valuable than others - You are unique human So let me ask you questions: What makes you Feel not good enough? Be aware what is causing of the things that make you feel so? Don't let anyone put you down - Control Yourself instead. Don't give the importance of other people's opinions, their opinions do not pay your bills ❤️

@Dani Rosenblad James I love forest🌳
Sometimes you don't know what your story means until you finally put it into words.
For a long time, I thought some experiences in my life were simply things I had to carry quietly. When I started writing , I realized something unexpected: Writing wasn't only about creating "a book". It helped me understand parts of myself I hadn't fully understood before. It helped me solve the problem about stop letting other people´s expectations to define your life. Maybe that's one of the reasons stories matter so much. We don't always write because we already understand the meaning. Sometimes we write because we're trying to understand it. I'm friendly curious: Is there something from your own life that you haven't fully understood until you started putting it into words?

I really appreciate how honestly you shared this Melissa Partaka. ❤️ I can relate to what you mean about writing becoming a kind of therapy — sometimes putting our experiences into words reveals things we weren't ready to look at before. I also love that you're trusting your own timing instead of forcing the book before you're ready. There’s something powerful about knowing that the story is there, even when the time to tell it hasn't arrived yet. When that time does come, I hope the writing gives you the same kind of clarity and self-understanding you're already describing. ❤️

If you're interested, I'd love for you to fill out this form. Then, I'll look it over and if it fits with the website, I'll add it! I can't wait to share my website once I have it live and out into the world! 🗺️ I know that you have published books! 📚 @Dr. Melissa Partaka @Shawn Helgerson @Elizabeth O'Carroll @Karen Sarmento I know there's a few more of you!!🔥

@Dani Rosenblad James your welcome! :) I love the win win situations. I wouldn´t say "hope". Instead, the question I would ask is "what problem is it solving for a specific audience?". The problem is How to stop letting other people´s expectations to define your life. Story from the inside is a proof that this problem is solved through my inner battles.

@Dani Rosenblad James I will. By the way, regarding your words from the above on this post, I´ve filled the form. Not "in hope that Dani will "promote" for me", but creating awareness, building genuine relationships, trust and genuine conversations with people who feel an impact of the message I´ve provided.
Hello From Jo-Ann
Hi everyone, I have been a writer all my life, dating back to grade 1 where I won a merit badge for 'There's a Lion Under my Bed' (My parents lost it and I would have loved to be able to read this over the years!) I am in Oakville, Ontario Canada where I live with my husband Joe, my two sons, Luca (25) and Aidan (20) and our beautiful dog Maverick. In addition, we recently sold our home and moved into my in-laws to assist them in their aging process, so safe to say, there is never a dull moment! All my writing has been for work, personal or clients and I am now stepping into my power to publish my first book- an idea that has been in my mind for over 20 years. The book is called 'The Waiting Room' and it is about a woman's complicated and estranged relationship with her bi-polar mother and a journey of love, growth, transformation, healing and all the ups and downs that come with it. The title is exactly where the entire book takes place- in a hospital waiting room as she works through the estrangement and choice of how to experience her mother's end of life. Looking forward to finally getting this out there in hopes that it resonates with those who have had complicated parental relationships and provides insight on how to not lose yourself in the midst of navigating what is not in your control. Here I go!

I think that people remember story we share. Because stories stay. I agree that this is about communication skill, and leadership skill. This reminded me about skills I´ve been learning for a long time, through my story
