Claude Code + Slack Command Center
Massive unlock for me. I am constantly on the go with starting my agency, kids, errands, and well.... just normal life. The remote feature was helpful, but loop has changed everything. I can now control everything from my Slack command center! Total nerd out experience right now. I have heard of so many people having their aha moments, and this one was mine. I have 70% of my business running through my AIOS system in Claude Code and now all on my Slack account. With a simple command I can trigger anything I want. #NeverLookingBack #ClaudeCode

If you’re in this community and feeling lost… this might be why.
Most people don’t fail here because they’re incapable. They fail because they try to move in five directions at once. They watch. They save posts. They consume information. But they don’t commit to one clear starting point. And that quiet confusion? It builds frustration fast. Here’s the shift that changes everything: Stop asking, “How do I win here? ”Start asking, “What is the one action I will execute this week?” Momentum doesn’t come from knowing more. It comes from doing one thing repeatedly. Now let’s make this honest: If you’re new, what’s the one thing that’s currently confusing you? If you’ve been here a while, what’s one mistake you made early that others can avoid? Drop it below. No polished answers. Just real ones. Someone’s clarity might start in your comment.

@Ethan Clarke 100% agree. Data is everything. Without a record of what, when, who, why, and how; how can you expect to improve. Intelligence is using data to increase your rate of change and improve. Good data is the multiplier. Right now, 15% of my conversations are potentials. I am not putting a ton of weight in that right now due to my strategy. I am in the discovery phase. My 3 short term goals are speak to 50 decision makers a week, and from those conversations, determine a tighter niche and solidify 3 primary offers.

@Ethan Clarke Im testing in a mixture of spaces. I am fortunate to have an established warm market due to my years in operations. That plus my cold outreach through linkedin is producing the volume needed for the time being.
My Journey Begins...
What's up everyone, Mason Gray here. Brand new to the group and just getting started. I come from a long background in operations, from a mechanic to Director overseeing $100M Amazon Last Mile maintenance program, 15+ years of managing people, systems, and large-scale programs. I know how businesses run at the ground level, and I know where they bleed time and money. I launched Decion Technologies to bring AI automation to small and medium businesses that need real solutions, not tech demos. My target market is field operations, fleet management, logistics, construction, the blue collar space that a lot of AI agencies completely ignore. I'm at the beginning of this journey and I'm all in. My goal over the next 90 days is to land my first clients, build real case studies, and start generating consistent revenue. I'm here to absorb everything I can, connect with people who've figured pieces of this out already, and share what I learn along the way. Glad to be here. Let's get it.

AI Automation Is Exposing Weak Businesses.
Right now, there are two types of founders: Type 1 — Busy. • Hiring more people • Managing chaos • Fixing the same problems weekly • Calling it “growth” Type 2 — Strategic. • Designing workflows • Automating decision points • Turning data into action instantly • Building systems that scale without stress AI doesn’t fix broken businesses. It amplifies them. If your processes are messy, automation makes them messier — faster. But if your systems are clear? AI becomes a growth multiplier. So ask yourself honestly: Are you running operations… Or engineering leverage?

The biggest thing of noticed is that businesses think they need AI, but in fact it's much simpler than that. Usually it's just cleaning up their inputs and creating a simple automation without AI. Clarity is often better than complexity.
Tool Calling in Vapi?
Im building a workflow with n8n + vapi that can schedule and reschedule appointments live on the call, and i always have some type of trouble with the tools for some reason. Does anyone have any experience with the tool calling function in vapi and which tool to use for this specific situation.

Hey @Tj Valerio . I have used webhooks and MCP. I currently use an MCP as I have found this the most reliable. My agent uses the MCP for lead logging, call summaries, crm lookup, project creation, and calendar availability, booking, updating, and canceling. Nate has a good video for this. Search AI Receptionist on his channel.
