My biggest challenge is keeping up with all of the tasks. My online presence and lead generation is my lifeblood, but it is not what I actually do. I install rain gutters. So I have to source material, plan the project and get it installed. I am a one man show that contracts with other businesses to help me get the job done too. In the end, keeping up with the digital footprint needs to be done by a professional, but someone who understands the business. That way I can just give feedback and continue doing bids, and installing jobs.
