To help the man having trouble working with a roofing company
Okay. This is to help out a fella trying to work with roofing companies, but he's having trouble running the ads and delivering a result. A few things that I would do if I were in his shoes, because I have been before. At that time, I was working commission-only for the roofing company. The first thing I would do is consider that this specific person is working in the Memphis market, which earlier this year was hit with a hailstorm. He needs quick wins to justify the usage of paying whatever the retainer is. I have no idea what the amount is, nor do I know the size of the company or the size of the budget. So all of this is complete speculation. I would look at hail trace or NOAA, just one of the hail maps, to see where the storms came through and did the most damage. With that, I would probably narrow down targeting in those areas for insurance work if he's an insurance contractor. If he's retail, then it gets a little easier and harder. But if he can handle the insurance game, then this will get him a whole lot of leads. Next, I would have him record a quick selfie video introducing himself as the roofing owner and as the local guy here to help because of that storm. I would also position him as the local non-storm chaser. I would emphasize that because it would work in the market. I use Facebook ads, so that's my preference. With Facebook ads, the lead quality will be very low. The company may not know how to work those leads simply because they could end up being overwhelming for them. It takes a lot of time and experience to be able to work what is nearly a cold lead. Once you get in contact with them, it warms up very quickly from there. I would probably put them through my CRM, implement speed-to-lead strategies to get in contact with them and set the appointments. The next step is making sure that the salespeople are actually doing what they're supposed to do. You can do this by telling them that you're going to do a random sampling and then actually doing a random sampling. Call one out of ten of the set appointments and ask, "How did the appointment go?" Check in to see, "Hey, I just wanted to make sure that we got back to you. There were no notes left in the system." Whatever you need to do to make it so you can contact them and check to ensure everything is alright.

🙏🙏 HELP Needed (Roofing Client Isn’t Getting Results)
Hey guys, I have a roofing client in Memphis, TN. I’ve been working with him for over a month and we’re barely getting leads recently. He says if results don’t improve he’d want a refund. If anyone has experience running ads for roofers, I’d really really appreciate if we could hop on a quick 10-15 min call and help me clarify what I could improve. It would literally save me. I’d be extremely grateful. Thank you

Hiring Expert Closers
We're looking to hire a closer asap. OTE: $7k-10k/mo, once ramped $15k/mo+ Our top closer did $31k last month, just to be clear that does not mean you're guaranteed to hit that. No fake promises, this is not a "sipping margaritas on the beach while I make 20k/mo" role. - Has to have experience selling lead gen (from a marketing ageny or a pay per lead agency) - Has to have experience selling to home improvement companies (remodelers, roofers, painters etc) - Has to be hungry and willing to put in the work. - We DO NOT tolerate average, if you're not looking to become the best performing rep, don't bother. A bit about us, we run a hybrid pay per lead/ agency company, our avg AOV is $30k cc paid upfront for lead and appt packages, clients pay on a monthly or weekly basis depending on deal size. Our average client is doing $6M/yr, with our biggest is doing $80m/yr as a franchisor. We'll provide all the coaching and training resources, you just need to want it. If you're willing to put in the work and you're coachable, dm me with an intro video + resume.

What's the lead flow look like? That is what really determines what the pay scale should be.
📣👨🏻‍🏫Can you Coach?
Just as how a coach leads their team to success, I desperately need someone who has done it and is willing to guide me through it. Been painfully learning from my mistakes for 3 years of smma. We can negotiate a constant commission agreement from any profits made! 👨‍🏫💲💲💲👨‍🏫 Type COACH if interested

It depends on what kind of agency you want to run. if you need help with a marketing agency, I can help. otherwise I probably don't have the experience for it. I used to run a marketing agency for roofers... found it more profitable to just run a roofing company myself. If you need just some quick advice here and there, id do it for free. if you need actual coaching calls and/or accountability, we can talk about it.
