Hey everyone! I'm Maryam and I'm new here! I have extensive experience with facilitation in a conflict area in Nigeria. I'm looking to become a full-time facilitator and was wondering if experience is enough to carry my career through. Or, will I need to get IAF's Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) certification to seem more legitimate? Thanks for your help!
