A Simple 2-Post Holiday Engagement Win šŸŽ„
Sharing a little freebie content idea you can use this week—especially if December feels busy and posting feels heavier than normal. šŸŽ„ I’m doing this on my own Facebook page right now, and I’ve already had people commenting who don’t normally comment (which tells me it’s doing exactly what engagement posts should do). Here’s the simple 2-post sequence: Post #1: Share a photo of yourself holding a Christmas card (old or new) and ask: ā€œAre we still mailing Christmas cards or not—and why?ā€ Post #2 (1–2 days later): Share a photo of yourself holding a stack of old cards (or just an envelope) and ask: ā€œNow that we’ve decided… what do you do with all the old Christmas cards you’ve saved over the years?ā€ Why it works: • Nostalgia • Opinions • Stories • Zero pressure to be perfect I’ve already posted the first one and I’ll be circling back today or tomorrow with the second. I’ll also be using a photo of myself for both posts. Steal it, tweak it, make it yours. Simple human content wins in December.

Oh, I like this. It feels easy enough to do and fun enough for people to want to engage. Thank you, Heather!

@Heather Cooksey yes they do. It's great to give them an opportunity to do so.
Building my Free Parenting Community šŸ˜
Hi! I'm Janell, a Certified Parent Coach from Southern California who's been working with parents for over a decade. The last two years I've been navigating the empty-nest life (one daughter studying abroad in Barcelona, the other in grad school in Chicago). Thankfully my husband and I love to travel, so it's not that easy for them to escape us LOL. I’m currently doing Evelyn's 30-Day Skool Challenge and growing my Positive Parenting Path Skool Group (www.skool.com/calm-confident-parenting-club-7952). It’s for parents of strong-willed, sensitive, or intense kids who want to stay calmer, feel more confident, and build a healthier relationship with their child. If you're a parent who’d love some quick wins and gentle nudges to help you find (or keep!) your calm, would love to have you join us. 😁

It sounds like you're off to an amazing start, @Janell Bitton! And, I love that you and your husband's love of travel make it hard for your children to escape you. 🤣🄳

Five layer content strategy that converts without having a chase people in the DM’s
A lot of people tell me they’re posting consistently but not seeing conversions — and it’s almost always because one of these core layers is missing. Here are the 5 layers your content needs if you want to attract the right people without cold messaging: 1ļøāƒ£ Awareness Help your audience see the real problem they’re facing. 2ļøāƒ£ Belief Show them that success is possible for someone like them. 3ļøāƒ£ Trust Share credibility, experience, and proof. 4ļøāƒ£ Decision Give clear next steps. Confusion kills conversions. 5ļøāƒ£ Repetition Say the right things consistently. This is what builds your brand. And here’s the part most people overlook: ✨ You have to believe in yourself. ✨ You have to align with your offer. ✨ Your energy behind the content matters just as much as the strategy. When these 5 layers + your internal alignment work together, your content starts pulling in the right people naturally — without chasing. Which layer do you want to strengthen next?

This answers the question I had when I saw another post you shared where you explained your rapid growth: how did you do it? What were the steps? So, thanks so very much for sharing them with us.
