Find the Base Sound - Top Row: Consonants (like ㄅ, ㄆ, ㄇ, ㄈ). - Left Column: Vowels (like ㄚ, ㄛ, ㄜ, ㄝ). - Follow them to where they meet in the middle to make a syllable. 2. Check the 4 Tones Every block is split into 4 small squares, representing Chinese tones: - Top-Left: 1st Tone (High, flat)— - Bottom-Left: 2nd Tone (Rising)↗ - Top-Right: 3rd Tone (Dipping)↘＿ - Bottom-Right: 4th Tone (Falling)↘ 3.
