Bio: 74 year old overcomer. Carnavore for 6 months now seriously. Once I saw Dr. Chaffee videos I haven't looked back. Overcome!

68 year old female started carnivore May 2024 mostly BBBE and salt feeling so much better decided to continue after 90 days. Lab work kinda crazy!
