I had the strangest but great thing happen to me yesterday. I got a phone call with an Ohio area code so I answered it because my 2 oldest sons and my mom live there. It was a man who was looking at piece of property for sale and he said he found me on Google and I'm thinking well it says I'm in Tennessee, but he knew my name and phone number so I kept talking to him and he said he had 2 houses to sell and wanted to buy a piece of property and build that he was 71 and wanting to down size. He gave me his name the addresses of the houses and I had his number from caller ID. I looked everything up and the properties are in his name and it all seems legit so far so I referred him to an agent in Ohio and she talked to him and signed a referral agreement. So looks like I'm going to get the referral fee on 3 transactions that's a big win sent from straight God if you ask me!
